KHHRA Professional of the Year Award
Overview
The KHHRA Professional of the Year Award has been established by the Kansas Healthcare Human Resource Association. This award recognizes HR professionals who provide an exemplary contribution and commitment to either their organization or to KHHRA.
Purpose
This award provides KHHRA the opportunity to recognize HR professionals for the hard work and dedication that they provide every day to their organization and/or to KHHRA.
Criteria
Nominees must be an active member of KHHRA and be nominated by their Hospital or a fellow KHHRA member.
Process
KHA will notify all Hospitals (Administrators and HR Professionals) of this award in May of each year. Hospitals may nominate a staff member if they see fit. The KHHRA Award Committee (which will consist of the immediate past award winner & 2 other KHHRA Board Members) will review all nominations. The Award Committee may recommend to the President multiple or no awards be given.

Presentation and Recognition
Award(s) will be presented at the KHHRA Meeting during the KHA Convention.
Deadline
All nominations must be postmarked by June 1st.
